This is a great inexpensive tool that not only retrieves codes but will tell you if monitors are ready. The readiness monitor information is great for checking a car after repairs before bringing it to an inspection station. This tool is highly recommened for the professional auto repair shops as well as the do it yourself er. You don't have to bring out your $10,000.00 scan tool to check the monitors that will take many steps to get to the monitor section. After a few pushes of one button you get all the information needed. It is a great buy.

Scanner works quickly and with very little set up. Easiest scanner I have ever used and I have used several ranging from full scan dealer units to other handheld scanners from most major companies. Highly recommend
